Born and raised in Washington D.C., Pete lived abroad during much of
his youth, joining the Navy after graduation from the University of
Maryland. He fell in love with Anacortes in 1997 when the Navy assigned
him to NAS Whidbey Island, and has chosen to call it home upon his
retirement as a Commander in 2003

Dana is responsible for coordinating care with residents and their Health Care Providers, establishing and maintaining Care Plans, and leading a wonderful team of caregivers who provide assistance for our Catered Living community residents

John is responsible for the maintenance of the community and the
resident's apartments. As such, he is a busy guy! Despite the
workload, John is always happy to answer questions or provide
assistance to a resident for any reason. Call him at 293-1300 if you
need a repair or help of any kind.

Ian is responsible for all food related activities. He manages the
kitchen, servers, dishwashers and the dining rooms, and has earned his
reputation as a culinary master. Call Ian if you need to order a tray
delivered to your apartment or when you have a concern regarding the
food or service.

Amy has lived in Anacortes since 1990 and joined Chandler Square in
early 2007. She is responsible for providing transportation for our
residents, planning and coordinating activities and events, and the
publication of the monthly Activities Calendar. Contact Amy if you have

Although Leah is originally from Pennsylvania, she has been lucky enough to call Anacortes home for over seven years. She is responsible for taking inquiries, giving tours, coordinating community events and making sure that move-ins happen as smoothly as possible.
